  The store Manager Ken was very helpful. He came up to my daughter and I asked if we needed help and got the price that we needed and also told us about the " mywalmart" app. More variety then the regular Walmart. Very clean and organized.

  The Whitbh North Walmart Supercenter is My favorite Wal-Mart in Durham! The staff is always incredible, prices are low, and the store is easy to navigate through, even with a big shopping cart.

  Everything about this Walmart is on point! The staff is very polite, the grounds are well kept and clean, shelves are always fully stocked and there is a wide selection of everything here! I come here for just about everything! The only problem I have with this place is some of the cashiers always try to get me to sign up for a Walmart MasterCard every time I try to check out with my stuff. Other then that, it's great!

  I went to this Walmart the other day while working, shortly after it opened. I brought the person I support to the change room to try on some jeans and I noticed 6 or more shopping carts packed with clothing just tossed in. That's when I noticed a sign that said "fitting rooms are self serve". Cool, I can deal with not waiting in a line to try on clothes. I had to push two carts out of the way just to make enough room to walk to a change room. But all the change room doors were shut and thus locked so I had to find a staff member anyways. I tracked one down and he called for a manager with keys to come to the change room to unlock the handicap change room door... and no one came. Another staff walked past and I asked for her help. She was so polite and friendly. She called again for a manager with keys. And no one came. Thankfully this staff member didn't leave us like the last one, she instead (growing frustrated by the lack of a manager) hunted down the keys for us, unlocked the change room, and stayed in that area incase we needed the room unlocked again. We waited about 10-15 minutes from the first time we needed help to the time the door was unlocked. The change rooms were disgusting inside, there were clothes everywhere and the floors needed to be swept. I can honestly say that this Walmart is tidy and its one of my chosen locations when I'm working, the staff are always friendly and it's a super convenient spot for me to go. If I ever need to go there again with someone who needs to try on clothes however, I will go somewhere else.
