  Amazing moving team, couldn't be happier. Only reason I could see to complain is that the one mover stank a bit but it's expected, they are movers after all. Clean truck, the moving blankets were a bit stained but they protected all my furniture and didn't transfer nothing, best move of my life to be honest, much better than my previous moves with Mayflower(United Vanlines) and AMJ(Atlas Vanlines/AMJ Vanlines) thanks again guys for the great job, made the stress of moving damn near non existent.

  I personally understand this and appreciate that the company held these peoples furniture on their truck before allowing it to be loaded into their warehouse full of cockroaches, thank the lord for honest movers as they are hard to come by, thanks for keeping my stuff safe from slum furniture. You need to promote more customers to leave you reviews as clearly you have only gotten a few reviews and half are bad (of 4) over 50 years...

  Then the real nightmare began. We have been emailing back and forth with the owner of Highland moving systems for 2 months, and have received nothing in compensation. There has been no real action to fix our brand new home, or any sense of customer service to offer. They have been hard to get a hold of, and procrastinating. We are left so upset with our situation and would just like the whole issue to be resolved, but it doesn't look like their is an end in sight.

  We use this company to move to Brockville from Oshawa. The price was good and delivery was fast and everything arrived undamaged including my Harley. The crew was very upbeat and all went well.

  I am so sorry to see a company treat their customers in such a way and still offer their terrible services to the public. please save yourself the money and the headache and ensure that your irreplaceable items are not entrusted with this company.

  Edit= I had no issue getting my furniture back and over heard the movers mention something about holding a person's furniture because they were unwilling to pay for the cockroach removal from their truck.

  I wouldn't even rate them a one star, but thats not a possibility. We used this company to move our home in August. Everything about this experience was an absolute nightmare. When our furniture arrived at our new home, it was evident that items had been damaged as furniture was being loaded off the truck. Tables, desks and glass had been broken. Then the damages to our home occurred. Within minutes the movers broke our chandelier, and put numerous holes in the walls of the staircase. They dropped boxes with fragile items in them, and scuffed all the corners of walls and door frames. It was very evident that the movers were NOT professionals, and they did not apologize about the damages; stating not to worry as the company would compensate for everything.
